Galactica WIP

Ralph McQuarrie's original concept for the Battlestar Galactica.
I prefer the smoother armored look of this version compared to all the exposed plumbing of what was seen on TV. I'd actually helped a friend work on a Studio Scale reproduction of the miniature and it was a nightmare of model kit parts.

I'm using this as a learning exercise for editing meshes in Blender. The base hull had no weapons or engine details. I'm adding those.Learning as I go...
