Description
April 5, 2063. The Phoenix, piloted by Zefram Cochrane achieves and surpasses the speed of light. The first time mankind had done so. On this day Cochrane made two runs, each of about 5 minutes duration. This activity draws the attention of a Vulcan Survey Ship, the T'Plana Hath. The Vulcans then make a peaceful first contact with Earth later that day.
